Pinnacle Power has announced its latest win in the Royal Borough of Greenwich, securing a new contract at The River Gardens Development, Greenwich Wharf.
The initial agreement, running from June to December 2017, will see Pinnacle Power take over the full metering and billing management of the luxury development, under its With Energy brand. This agreement will be followed by a longer term contract for a full Energy Service Contract for the site.
Pinnacle Power Head of Customer Services Elyse Zaccai said the win was a significant achievement for the team, further strengthening Power’s position in south-east London.
“We are thrilled to announce another contract win down in Greenwich,” she said.
“Not only does this strengthen our position in this area, but allows us to take on another iconic development under the With Energy brand.”
“Pinnacle Power were brought on to The River Gardens site to review and improve existing systems, which were proving to be operating poorly, and to take over the full customer service and billing for the heat for the development,” she said.
“While we have only been on the job for six weeks, we have already managed to streamline all the processes and capture data for the first 188 flats, moving up to 450 in the next few weeks.”
Launched in 2016, With Energy, under Pinnacle Power, provides operations and maintenance and customer services to nearly 3,000 properties across London, including the New Festival Quarter development in Tower Hamlets and Clapham Park in Lambeth.
